Join us!What we're seeking:We're seeking a Director of Small/Medium Business Sales who will lead and empower a team of SMB Account Executives to grow Frontier's footprint with small and medium-sized businesses. As a key member of our SMB sales organization, you'll design and execute growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue in the Tampa area.In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Tampa, FL office and spend time in the field with your team throughout their assigned territories.What we need in you:In this leadership role, you'll need a hands-on approach to mentoring and driving performance. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives focused on new business acquisition
• Execute go-to-market sales strategies that align with regional goals and market conditions
• Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and performance across your team
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success to optimize territory performance

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership with a focus on new customer acquisition
    • Proven success managing distributed teams in a field sales environment
    • Telecommunications or technology industry experience preferred
    • Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record
