making a difference in their community. Position Overview: We're
hiring an Inside Business Development Representative to help grow
our footprint across Northeast Florida. This role is based out of
our Jacksonville, FL office and is ideal for a driven self-starter
who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the first point
of contact for potential commercial and industrial customers,
managing outbound communication, crafting compelling proposals, and
helping prospects understand the Capital Waste difference. Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone
calls, and targeted marketing campaigns. - Manage inbound leads
from platforms such as ZoomInfo, Mailchimp, and marketing
partnerships. - Qualify prospects and assess service needs,
ensuring a good fit with our offerings. - Prepare and send custom
quotes and service agreements, often handling multiple proposals
per day. - Maintain accurate and organized data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Operations team, Territory Sales Managers and
the Sales Supervisor - Track performance metrics and consistently
follow up with prospects to close deals. What We're Looking For: -
1 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer
service (waste industry experience is a plus). - Strong written and
verbal communication skills - you know how to make your message
stand out. - Organized and detail-oriented with solid time
management. - Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and
email marketing platforms. - Self-motivated, persistent, and
coachable. - Passionate about local business and eager to make an
