Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated and dynamic Electronic
Fire Service Sales Representative to join our team, enhancing our
mission of making buildings smarter, safer, and more sustainable.
This role is pivotal in driving the sales of our cutting-edge fire
protection technologies and solutions, providing clients with
superior fire safety products and excellent service. As a key
member of our sales team, you will leverage your industry expertise
and sales skills to forge strong relationships and expand our
market share within the fire safety sector. Identify potential
sales opportunities and generate leads in the fire protection
industry. Provide expert knowledge and presentations to clients on
Johnson Controls' fire safety products and services. Develop and
execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while
cultivating new contacts within the industry. Work closely with
technical staff to tailor solutions that meet client needs and
compliance standards. Prepare detailed quotations and proposals
that address specific customer requirements. Keep abreast of market
trends and technological advancements in fire protection.
Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars relevant to the
fire safety industry. Proven sales proficiency and understanding of
sales techniques. Strong technical knowledge of fire protection
systems and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong
organizational and time management skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Fire
Protection Specialist (CFPS) preferred. Relevant industry
certifications in fire safety and protection.
