ambitious Post Sales Agent to join our existing team who operate
with customers all over Europe, United States and Australia. About

business solutions. Responsibilities: As a Post Sales Sales
Consultant, you will be the last interaction for many prospective
customers looking for tech-led solutions. Your hardware and
software expertise will showcase the business as an industry leader
who truly understands the needs of their customer base. Driven -
Hungry to achieve pre-set KPIs in line with delivery targets.
Coachable - Happy to learn from others and follow best practice.
Organised - Managing your diary and phone, and building your
pipeline. Resilient - Able to bounce back from challenging
customers, remaining calm and professional while dealing with
volume calls. Knowledgeable - Keeping up to date with industry,
hardware and software capability, providing coaching to the
customer on how to add maximum value to their business. Accountable
- Manage your pipeline and independent learning, including
maintaining commercial awareness and market insight. Tech-literate
- Accurate record taking in the CRM, ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
Personable - Nurturing long standing, strong, genuine relationships
with customers. Astute - Learning from experience and competitors
to ensure best sales practice. Proactive - Reviewing processes and
procedures to ensure best company practice and suggesting service
