Job Description Job Description Job Title: Sales Representative & Project Estimator (Commercial Landscaping / Erosion Control) Pay: $22/hour Commission (after initial training) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Ocala, FL (or adjust as needed) About Us We are an established commercial landscaping and erosion control company specializing in sod, seed & mulch installation, roadside grassing, and commercial development projects. We pride ourselves on consistent quality, dependable service, and strong customer relationships. We are growing and looking for the right person to help us expand our reach. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative & Project Estimator to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships. This role combines outside sales, project estimating, and customer service. Industry experience is helpful but not required—we will provide training. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial clients and project opportunities Prepare accurate estimates for sod installation, seed & mulch, hydroseeding, grassing, and related commercial projects Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Attend site visits, gather measurements, and understand project scope Follow up on bids, proposals, and leads Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction Represent the company professionally in the field Qualifications Sales experience preferred , especially in construction, landscaping, or related industries Strong communication and relationship?building skills Ability to read site plans or willingness to learn Self?motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable meeting clients in the field and on job sites Compensation & Benefits $22/hour during training Commission available after initial training period Stable, year?round work with an established business Growth potential within the company
