What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a litigation paralegal, with a proven track record of excellence. Job Stability: Demonstrated commitment to prior roles, with at least 3 years at multiple positions. Litigation Expertise: Extensive experience managing complex, document-heavy cases. Trial experience and a solid understanding of both state and federal court processes. What You Bring Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A keen eye for detail, especially in preparing trial materials and handling intricate case details. Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with attorneys and team members on high-stakes cases. Proficiency in legal research, e-filing, and other paralegal tools and platforms.
