This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, NJ; alternative locations may be considered in Beerse, BE; Cork, Ireland; Schaffhausen, CH; Zug, CH.
In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for driving the optimal global planning of a portfolio of products from an End-to-End perspective across all dimensions of the Supply Chain.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Direct the End-to-End team responsible for creating a balanced supply plan that takes into account operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer service.
• Proactively identify potential constraints and issues, and develop global solutions.
• Lead and collaborate across the Supply Chain to achieve cash-flow targets through effective inventory management.
• Ensure clear understanding and communication regarding the business implications arising from trade-offs related to specific brands.
• Actively participate in executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Cultivate a talent pipeline while promoting a culture of engagement within the team.
• Identify and lead continuous improvements in planning processes that support the ATP2.0 roadmap.
• Proactively identify and address potential product supply challenges through leadership in the Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) process.QualificationsEducation
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is required; MBA and/or focused degree preferred in Engineering, Business, or Supply ChainExperience and SkillsRequired
    • At least ten (10) years of experience in Supply Chain (e.g., logistics, planning, etc.)
    • Experience in direct supervisory/team management
    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior partners
    • Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on critical thinking and execution
    • Customer-focused mindset with a results and performance-driven approachPreferred
      • Experience in the healthcare industry
      • Knowledge of SAP/OMP systemsOther

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
